Lecture Rooms & Study Spaces

Lecture rooms are distributed around campus. These are managed by Teaching Support and details can be found here:

There are also a number of computer labs used for formal teaching and for drop-in. These are managed by Computing Services and details of location, availability and software can be found here:

The University Library has a range of facilities for quiet study and for groupwork (some bookable rooms) as well as open access computers and a wireless network. Details can be found here:

At exam time there will be additional 24 hour study areas made available - watch the noticeboard for details.

The University has a number of other areas which may be suitable for getting together for groupwork. These include the Edward Herbert Building and James France Building where there are areas where you can work as well as obtaining refreshments. These areas are wireless networked. Other informal study spaces with wireless networking are being created during the forthcoming year.
